You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
1wi supports a range of local Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your 1wi account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. 1wi does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 1wi accepts no responsibility.
